Description
Tasting notes:
It has a bright, garnet-red color reflected with orange and a slightly mineral, ethereal and fine fragrance reminiscent of red fruit jam and sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. The flavor is full, warm, elegant, the finish long and pleasant. Enjoy with baked pasta, roast rabbit and veal, and medium-aged cheeses.
