Description
Taste characteristics: has a light pink, onion skin color. Hints of raspberry and currant on the nose. In the mouth it releases the personality of the Grenache: intense and persistent. Slightly tannic, fresh, round and enveloping taste. It goes best with antipasti and fish dishes, steamed greens and savoury tarts, pasta dressed or stuffed with herbs.

Winemaking | Pre-fermentation maceration on the skins for about an hour and a half, followed by traditional white vinification, with grape destemming and fermentation at controlled temperature (18°C). It does not undergo malolactic fermentation to preserve its typical acidity, an essential note that enhances its freshness. |
Maturation | 6 to 8 months in steel containers. Bottled using sterile filtration in the late Spring following the harvest. |
Aging | It rests a few months in the bottle before being sent to the table. |
